When Jane Quigley called me and asked me to design and develop the website for her new business venture, I knew this was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. After discussing her wants and needs for her business and her website, I hit the sketchbook to begin brainstorming some ideas. After putting countless concepts onto the page, I began to hone in on the concept of connections, since that’s what Jane really does.
Since Jane is based in Hoboken, NJ (a city near and dear to my heart), I felt an old-timey meets modern world feeling would fit the bill for the overall aesthetic of the site. Armed with some solid content and these ideas, we hit the ground running to put the site together. After a few weeks of design and development time, we had a WordPress site that was lean, nimble, and easily manageable. Furthermore, the site operates equally as well on the desktop computer as on the mobile device
